Impressyi.online removal?

I keep getting fake Mcafee-pop up's with virus alerts. Scanning with Bitdefender does not remove it.

Does anyone know what to do next?

Bitdefender will not detect anything since this not a adware or malware.

This is basically a web push notification and your own web browser is responsible for that.
