Bitdefender Total Security Systm scan can't disinfect

When I run System Scan Bitdefender won't take action against Threat js.heur.backdoor.2.99ba1079.gen. Ran scan multiple times. HP Laptop running Widows 10 Home Build 10.0.19044 Please advise. Thanks.

Can you share the virustotal link of the file.

In some cases bitdefender is unable to remove the files while the system is running in normal mode.

Have you tried removing the malware using the bitdefender rescue environment. If not, then please follow the steps in below stated link and run a full system scan in rescue environment.
