I am trying to install Bitdefender Anti virus on my Mac desktop. I have a Bitdefender account and I use it on my MacBook pro. I have installed it successfully on my Desktop but then I get a login window, when I click on that, i then get a blank screen and that's as far as I can get??? Can anyone possibly help me with this issue? Much appreciated.😳🤦

    I have noticed that a MacBook Pro appears protected by your Antivirus for Mac license. Kindly reply on the open ticket with the current status and let our colleagues now that further assistance is required. In the event protection on the second Mac device could not be installed after applying the initial troubleshooting steps, they may need to have a closer look and perhaps even connect remotely to the second machine.
