Anti-Theft Not Working
I went to my Bitedefender Central account, clicked on "My Devices", then went to my phone Samsung Galaxy A22 5G, clicked on "View details" and then clicked on "Anti-Theft".
Then i clicked on "Locate device" and this is what i got:
After that, i clicked on "Alert" and this is what i got:
Although it says "Command successfully sent", THE PHONE NEVER RANG, not even after 5 minutes of waiting!
Then, i went to:
clicked on "Track location" and after no more than 30 seconds i got this:
(i erased the address in the photo, but it was the correct address that the phone was there)
Next, i clicked on "Ring" and i got this:
And that is correct, the phone started ringing after 5 seconds from the time the command was sent.
I'm guessing that also the "Lock device" and "Wipe device" functions in Bitdefender Central Anti-Theft are not working, but can't be sure, because i haven't tested them yet.
So, it's pretty obvious that the Anti-Theft function in Bitdefender Central is not functioning.
Please, fix it.
