Paid for 3 devices but cannot register my mobiles
Hi I subscribed for a bitdefender Internet security for 3 devices. One on my computer and the other on my android phone. The on on my computer works perfectly. I tried to share the link to my phone to add it to my list of protected devices. When I download the bit defender mobile security, it says I have to take an additional subscription of 9.99/year. I do not understand why that is as I paid for 3 protected devices. Can someone help please?
If this protection is only for laptops, the sales jargon, I feel is misleading and I certainly would not have bought it (I only have 1 laptop!)
Please also advise if the payment is on auto renew as I wish to cancel that option

Unfortunately, Bitdefender Internet Security will not run on Android, only Windows, thus the prompt to "upgrade."
I would get ahold of Support, located at the bottom of the link page, and see if they can switch you, upgrade you to Total Security which has the ability to run on Android.
They also offer a 30-day money-back guarantee in case that's needed.

I had the same problem ,works fine on windows but installed on my android tablet and asking for a £9.99 year subscription not be renewing again very very misleading

I'm not sure of where you bought your subscription from, but I think Bitdefender does try to make it clear on the main BD website. Maybe I've been using it so long and understand how they show or display things, so I see it compared to someone new to the product.
Remember, if you are unhappy and don't want to upgrade, they offer a 30-day refund.
