I am trying to download a file and get the following message.
Threat name: Trojan.GenericKD.49407320
Others have checked this file with Avast Pro and and not found a problem.
Can anyone help please

You need to understand that not every antimalware vendor will detect each and every file as malicious. There will be differences.
