I am trying to download a file and get the following message.

https://raw.githubusercontent.com/HarrydeBug/WSPR-transmitters/master/PC%20Software/Release/WSPR_TX_Config1_14.exe

Threat name: Trojan.GenericKD.49407320

Others have checked this file with Avast Pro and and not found a problem.

Can anyone help please

Follow the procedure as stated by @Gjoksi

You need to understand that not every antimalware vendor will detect each and every file as malicious. There will be differences.
