WIN11 open cmd will shutdown

-WIN11 VER21H2 BUILD22000.856

-Bitdefender Total Security 26.0.23.80

PROBLEMS

-everytime I open cmd, it will shutdown my pc

STPES:

-when I disable Bitdefender Protection Antivirus/Advanced/Shield for 15min

I didn't encounter that anymore

then I click "Reset Advanced Settings", enable back Shield

I still didn't encounter that
