Since all of my updates are getting -1002 errors, I want to try a fresh reinstall. However, I don't know where to get the Bitdefender Free uninstall tool as I can only see the paid versions.

The Bitdefender Total Security uninstall tool can also be used for uninstalling Bitdefender Antivirus Free, since basically the Bitdefender Antivirus Free is a "detuned" version of Bitdefender Total Security.
