Bitdefender VPN Is Blocking Spotify On iPad. Any Help?

Both were working fine then today the vpn is blocking Spotify , I’ve been trying multiple solutions and getting know where but 😡 .the only way to get app to work is to turn off vpn which ain’t a solution Added app to white list . And to be honest don’t have the experience to set up vpn manual configuration.

its seems other platforms are easier to turn off proxy settings , just had a thought would reinstalling Bitdefender mobile, vpn and central help.
