Bitdefender Mobile only scans apps that were on phone at time of installation. Ive added many more. How do I get it to scan all my apps. If there is a limit, then how can I select the apps that I want scanned regularly (although I prefer all).

Additionally have you allowed bitdefender mobile security to scan your external storage. If not then try enabling the feature and check if that helps.
