I'm using Bitdefender GravityZone and to meet a Cyber Essentials requirement I need to disable Auto-Run (or Auto-Play) on all devices and O/Ss (including Windows; macOS; Linux).
What is the best way to achieve this in GravityZone?

Can you please provide more details regarding Auto-Run? Is this so that the product doesn't start with Windows or something else entirely?

When a DVD/CD or USB memory stick is plugged in to a device, we don't want it to auto-play (or auto-run) on that device, the user would have to manually action that.
From a Windows perspective, within Settings, you can simply turn AutoPlay off:
And I wanted to know if there was a way to do this within Bitdefender as well.

We have the following information regarding Auto-Play settings -> Misconfigurations (bitdefender.com). It's classed as misconfiguration as it is considered a security risk.
