BD Total Security Firewall Is Creating New Rule For Every App Updates On Windows. Any Explanation?

Whenever windows updates apps, a new rule with the latest version is automatically created, is there any way to automatically override the old (version) rule?

I think this is related to a situation that has already been acknowledged by the development teams. Here's a similar thread:
