Virus Connection after update to IOS 16.3.1

Hello everybody , my trouble started after updating to iOS 16.3.1 , How can I delete / or / find out what is a program with virus domain connection, blocked regularly by BitDefender? This connection is blocking during all day long about 18-20 times. Help me to fix this problem #IoS #phishing
