    We're gonna need a bit more information to advise accordingly. What Bitdefender product have you purchased and from where? When you are saying that the activation code is not working, what exacty do you mean by this? Do you encounter any error message during activation and have you entered this code multiple times in Central?

    More details would be highly appreciated.
