Mobile Security Web Protection turns off on iPhone 14 Pro Max but not iPhone 12 Pro Max

I have two iPhones. As stated, the Web Protection continually turns off on the 14 Pro Max but not the 12 Pro Max. All settings are the same, ios version is the same. I see lots of suggestions for Android but NOT for the iPhone. I can't keep checking to see if the web porotection is funtioning continually. Suggestions please?

  • Hi @SCP,

    Are you using the VPN on that device, by any chance? This will disable Web Protection, as they are not designed to work at the same time. Since the settings are the same (and assuming they are correct) and iOS version is identical on both devices, I can't really think of anything else that might disable it. Perhaps the Support engineers can further advise on this one.
