lost second account

Hi I'm having trouble locating login in to a second account i have an account that expired a few days ago and want to activate the other account i see that the other account has a subscription till may 24th 2025 can you advise what i need to do as carnt activate it please i have a few original details does anyone no customer support detail or something thanks
