Lately, I have been receiving (about once a day in the middle of the night SGT when I am asleep) the following notification on my iPhone and iPad.

While it is good that web protection is blocking it but I am curious to find out which site or app is triggering it. Is there a safe way to find out?

As far as I know, currently there is no feature available in the bms for iOS to let you know which app is triggering it.
