Anyone else having Outlook Client Bitdefender Antispam Issues with emails to self?

For several months using Bitdefender Total Security with Antispam enabled on Windows 11 with 2019 Outlook Client running; Antispam feature removes/deletes all emails from personal email account(s) inbox created or forwarded to self from computer, cell phone, tablets etc. For example; using personal Outlook email account: From personal email address field: TestMeAnyPersonalAccount@gmail.com To Same personal email address field: TestMeAnyPersonalAccount@gmail.com

Bitdefender Total Security Antispam will NOT deliver to your Outlook Client Inbox any personal email(s) created or forwarded to self/same personal email account when both email address fields are the same on your personal email account(s). Anyone else having this issue? Not receiving resolution from Bitdefender technical support.

    Yes, it seems that you are not the only one experiencing this issue. There are a few reports of Bitdefender Total Security Antispam not delivering personal emails on the Bitdefender Community forum.

    One possible explanation for this issue is that Bitdefender Antispam is configured to block emails from the same sender and recipient. This is a common spam prevention technique, but it can also block legitimate emails if the sender and recipient are the same.

    To check if this is the case, you can open Bitdefender Total Security and go to Protection > Antispam. In the Settings tab, look for the option that says Block emails from the same sender and recipient. If this option is enabled, disable it and see if your personal emails start to deliver to your Outlook inbox.

    If disabling this option does not resolve the issue, you can try the following steps:

    1) Add your personal email account to the Safe Senders list in Bitdefender Antispam.

    2) Create a rule in Outlook to prevent Bitdefender Antispam from scanning your personal email account.
