Hello,
my BitDefender detected Trojan.GenericKD.68353168 in a file:
"C:\Windows.old\Users\Philipp\AppData\Roaming\discord\Cache\f_0004a8"
I have not opened Discord in a while and therefore would like to know, if this poses a threath to my safety or if this is a false positive, which occured after yesterdays Bitdefender Update (might be earlier, but I was away on holiday for 3 weeks)

That is simply a cache file which you can delete manually.
