First, uninstall Bitdefender Mobile Security on your Chromebook, by following these steps:

Next, install Bitdefender Mobile Security on your Chromebook, by following these steps:

To add here, Bitdefender was not developed to run on Chrome OS and it's not guaranteed to work as expected on this operating system. You can install Android applications on Chromebook. Bitdefender Mobile Security for example can be installed as an Android application, but scanning will only be available for other Android applications, thus it will not provide full coverage.
