Do I need to worry about a data breach if my email no longer exists?

Hi I have recently received notification of data breach for email [email protected], but I disabled that email address over a year ago. Should I be worried?

If you are no longer using your old email, kindly consider deleting the account instead of disabling it. Additionally, make sure to update the new email associated with all the online platforms. If you have already completed these actions, you are safe.
