As mine does not work on my phone or my tablet I bought a yr for 5 items and I can't set up anything right. It says I can get a new one but I can't find where. Anyone plz can you help me plz ?

If you choose email, you will receive a ticket number on your registered email. The support team will reply within the next 24-48 hours, excluding weekends.
