I purchased the Premium for VPM was working but had to reset computer. Now it keeps telling me that I need to upgrade. Of course the activation code doesn't work. I keep uninstalling and reinstalling and nothing works. So frustrated with this.

    I've noticed that you've opened two tickets for the Support teams. Kindly be advised the usual response timeframe may vary between 24 to 48 hours, depending on the workload and business hours. Since you also have a Netgear subscription, maybe there are some additional settings required for the VPN to work in this context, but the engineers will advise you accordingly.
