Central Login Looping
When attempting to log in into my bitdefender Central, the log in goes into an infinite login loop.

1) Make sure you have all extension disabled in your browser.
2) Consider using incognito mode.
3) Try another browser.
4) Open the Run command and execute the following commands one by one:
temp – delete all the files in the folder.
%temp% – delete all the files in the folder.
prefetch – delete all the files in the folder.
5) Reset your web browsers:

I left Bitdefender several months due to this issue. Bought a new subscription hoping this would be fixed.

I would recommend the following:
- clear cache/cookies;
- try another browser;
- try another device.
If nothing works, then it's a task for the Support teams indeed.

I am also having this problem. I got on with support and they referred me to a more senior analyst. After waiting half a day it seems to have been fixed. Thanks.
