    In that case, you should contact Bitdefender Consumer Support by chat or e-mail:

    Chat is the fastest way to get in touch with Bitdefender Consumer Support.

    For example: Select: Purchase & Manage Subscription -> My Bitdefender Central Account, click on Contact Support in the black box and then click on Chat 24/7.

  • Chat???? It is very hard (or even not possible) to find the chat!

  • I have to renew Bitdefender (or an other security program) and can't get help for VPN. I would like VPN but it makes many of my programs not working. Is there a solution?

    To clarify here, subscription renewal inquiries can only be handled by the Bitdefender Support teams. We can, of course, provide more general advice here, but if it comes to account verification, transaction inquiries or other related information pertaining your orders and subscriptions, such requests will have to go through Support, as they have the required tools to provide assistance in this matter.
    As for the VPN issues you are encountering, they can also help with that, but you'll have to give them a bit more information. A solution cannot be provided if the symptoms are not described in full, or if the specifics are unknown. This includes the app's overall behavior, app version, device used and OS, servers used and their IPs, any possible error messages displayed, connection type (Wi-Fi, 3G, LAN), types of websites that are not working, and the list goes on.

    For the record, the chat window can be found at the link shared above, after filling in the required information. Simply click on 'Contact Support' to expand the contact channels. Also, when navigating the Support Center, a pop-up message will be displayed at some point and you can also use it to get in touch with them:
