Current Operating System Not Supported - Please Update To The Latest Product Version
Where do I get the latest version?
All I get in my BD Gravity Enterprise account under Install packages is a repair tool!
That's not what I need! I need the latest BEST endpoint agent.
I'm running Windows 11 24H2.

Depending on the type of implementation that you have you need to follow one of these steps:
- For On Premises Solutions:
First you need to download and publish the product: https://www.bitdefender.com/business/support/en/77212-90377-update-gravityzone.html#UUID-00fcc55c-b285-8682-2663-5147df280dd7_update.components
After the package has been published you will be able to install the package: https://www.bitdefender.com/business/support/en/77212-157497-install-security-agents---standard-procedure.html#UUID-170effff-9632-b83c-a39e-73ced372a748_section-idm63238366396140
- For Cloud Solutions:
You only need to install the package:

The issue as it turned out, wasn't software in need of an update but a General Module notification error. The module was subsequently disabled, resulting in the notification no longer showing up in the BEST Security Console.
Sometimes a solution can be found when the problem is clearly explained and once Andrei showed why I couldn't update my agent, the rest of the puzzle fell into place!
I hope this helps others encountering a similar issue with a problematic Security Console notification.
