Data breach on my email

I checked my email about data breach and turns out in 2020 i had 3 data breaches and one was on cit0day
Should i do something even if it is old?
since then i already changed passowrds but i'm about to set a password manager, would this help?

The basic thing would be to change the password of your account, which was linked to the company that was involved in the data breach. If you have already done that, then there is nothing to worry about, and you can ignore the data breach warning shown by Bitdefender.
