Plugin for DuckDuckGo Browser

I have been trying DuckDuckGo and really like its privacy. It does not appear that there is a Password Manager Plugin for that browser. Is there one in the works?

@Alexandru_BD, is it possible for you to get any feedback from the developers once and for all?

Hi,
I don't have any updates regarding this yet, but I know there will be some considerable changes for the Bitdefender Password Manager, and these will be communicated at the time of launch. As soon as we know the new shape of this product, we can find out what's actually included, what its compatibilities are, and what other developments are on the roadmap.
Thanks

No extension for duckduckgo kind of inconvenient.

But if you do a search for browser rankings and use, DuckDuckGo isn't even listed on some charts. So I don't think Bitdefender is going to support and maintain another browser extension for such a low number of users.
Here are the browsers one of the more popular password manager Bitwarden, supports.
And 1Password.
SecurePass.
SecurePass works with Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari.
So not to rain on anyone's parade, but I don't think it will ever happen with Bitdefender SecurePass.

@dbadulici, can you have a look at this and let us know when support for the DuckDuckGo browser will be available, if at all?

Then @dbadulici what about Brave, as that has a greater market share and is supported by the 2 password managers I mentioned above. Then Brave needs to be supported first, no?

Hi,
dbadulici is off as far as I can tell.
For Password Manager I don't think there will be such browser extensions. For SecurePass, it remains to be seen, but I highly doubt it.
I'll circle back on this thread if I hear anything.Cheers

"….but I highly doubt it"
Thank you @Alexandru_BD for that transparency. I just don't want people to be strung along with "optimistic" replies so they can do what they need to do on their end (PM wise) and move on (or change to a supported browser). Now if it were something like Firefox not being supported (which it is), then I could see where it should be demanded and expected.
