Is there a way for Bitdefender to block Microsoft copilot from accessing the internet and/or sending data to Microsoft (without interfering with other Windows services obviously)?
I'm running Windows 11 and Windows 10 home on 2 different computers.
Well, is there?
Guys this is your official forum and you don't care enough to answer ? @Takket asked a legit question and Bob Hank refreshed it. I consider Copilot Malware/Trojan Virus. Nothing Microsoft does comes with good intentions. I think you should be able to give us information about it or the lack of such and if you plan on doing anything about our concerns or not. No matter how many times I disable it, remove it, Copilot comes back next time an update comes along.
You will need to identify the links that Microsoft Copilot connects to. Then, you can use either the Bitdefender firewall or the built-in hosts file in Microsoft Windows to block access to those specific websites. However, you’ll need to determine on your own which websites Microsoft Copilot connects to.
You can also check the link below on how to disable Microsoft Copilot in Microsoft Windows.
