firewall with alert mode non activable

Greetings. I have bitdefender total security, I had set the firewall with alert mode active, today I checked the settings since I hadn't received notifications from the firewall for days, the alert mode was deactivated and impossible to reactivate. How come?

We've seen a few inquiries regarding the Alert Mode functionality lately on the forum and the developers are currently investigating the behaviour.

Yeah there are different issues with the Firewall and Alert mode in the latest update. Its all over reddit and there several post here about it. It has been almost 3 weeks since it started happening and 2 weeks since i reported it to the support team directly.
