Wrong e-mail at registering and purchasing
Hi everyone,
I'm having trouble to connect with my Bitdefender account. I recently purchased Bitdefender Mobile Security for Android and accidentally inputted my wrong e-mail address when registering. Coincidentally, i found out that my e-mail address that was supposedly used for registering and purchasing was already registered on Bitdefender years ago.
I want to ask how to change my e-mail address and transfer the ownership of my subscription, i want to contact Bitdefender support but haven't found a way to do so, i couldn't find the e-mail address for support and some in the community suggested to use the chat feature but i couldn't find it.

Based on your selected product and the type of issue you're facing, you can get in touch with a support representative through email, chat, or a phone call.
If you choose email, you will receive a ticket number on your registered email. The support team will reply within the next 24-48 hours, excluding weekends.
