Having trouble submitting the false positive report form

I've got a .jar file that's part of a modded minecraft pack which is being flagged as a Trojan by BitDefender. I believe that this is a false positive.

I've been trying to submit the file as part of a false positive report using the form here - https://www.bitdefender.com/consumer/support/answer/29358/ but I seem to be unable to submit the report with the file attached - every time I click submit, nothing happens (and I can see a 413 error in browser console.

Any suggestions?
