It seems that Bitdefender VPN is not working in Egypt, maybe Egypt restricts VPNs.
If i were you, i would first run the 7-day trial of Bitdefender VPN, and if it works, then i would purchase the product.

@Gjoksi as per the support website https://www.bitdefender.com/consumer/support/answer/7126/ , the Egypt server is available in Bitdefender VPN. Maybe they have updated it.
