Bitdefender not installing on my Window server R2 2012

After downloading .exe(setupdownloader) Bitdefender to 100%, it disappear and won't install on my Windows Server 2012 R2 standard. The funny thing is i have two separate server of the same configuration. I was able to install on the other one but can't install on the second one.

I have 20 seat of Gravityzone Business Security Standard…

The reason that the setupdownloader is disappearing might be related to the fact that the download fails at some point.
Please also try to download the Full Kit (not the Windows Downloader) and run the installation.

If it continues to fail reproduce the scenario and gather a Support Tool Log so we can better understand the root cause: https://www.bitdefender.com/business/support/en/71263-102885-use-the-support-tool-log.html#UUID-25e00028-ee47-4ab0-bb96-3c108a7f24e8_UUID-743e1348-0259-eaaa-cc32-891570d3d1fc and share it with our Enterprise Support Team to be investigated.
