I haven't tried it as far as including a sample url to submit, but did you try disabling BD Anti-Tracker for the site? Also, if you're using a VPN, did you try disabling it? What browser are you using?

@Gjoksi thanks for taking the extra steps to verify it. I went through a url submission and came up with the same thing, too.
I'm currently online (3rd in line) in reporting it to Chat.
Works fine for me.

So when you hit the blue Submit button, you're not getting the above error? I still am, in Chrome and FF.
Oh, okay, let me check. I thought it was only related to the captcha without clicking the submit. Yeah, I can confirm the issue is persisting for me too.
Update: The issue has been fixed now!
