The app lock feature was enabled onmy tablet and all was good.on Friday I noticed that when I opened the app it didn't prompt for pin. Verified all setting r still there. Activated and deactivated app lock. Still no pin prompt. Kindly advise
Try uninstalling and reinstalling the BMS.

If this happens while you are connected to Wi-Fi, go to the Lock Mode tab and check if you are connected to the Safe Wi-Fi from Smart Unlock. This is an easy method to stop being asked by the App Lock feature to enter the PIN code or fingerprint confirmation for the protected apps each time you access them. With Smart Unlock you can set as trusted the Wi-Fi networks you usually connect to, and when connected to them, the App Lock blocking settings will be disabled for the protected apps.
If the device is not connected to WI-FI and the Smart Unlock feature is not in play, and if this happens with all apps or just some, it will be necessary to get in touch with the Bitdefender technical teams for a more in-depth investigation.
