I wanted to use the bitdefender chat service today, but when I clicked on one of the four icons on this page https://www.bitdefender.com/consumer/support/help/ , nothing happened. I tried in several browsers and on a different computer as well. Is the customer service down?

I checked on my end, it's working fine on two different PCs, with Edge, FF and Chrome. Try this link and see if it works.

AdBlock and AdBlock Plus may handle webpages differently then UBlock, which didn't have a problem in going through the support steps. Even BD Anti-Tracker was enabled, but that is a good suggestion, just in case :)
Everything is working perfectly.
