Web Protection always turns off Samsung S8

Hello, I have the paid version of Bitdefender on my Samsung S8. Every time I back out of the app Web Protection is turned off. I have followed the suggested fix to ensure battery optimisation is not set on the app but the problem still occurs. Can someone please suggest a fix as this is very annoying.

Update: Got it sorted. Discovered that the trial version of the App was still installed as "Anti Virus trial" and was running in parallel. Uninstalled all versions of the App and reinstalled - now all is good.
