Central saying my device is at risk
Dear members,
Bitdefender app in mac is saying "You are safe", but for the same device, central bit defender is saying "Device is at Risk" and providing a solution to "Install Protection". Customer support is keep saying to sign in through switch account, which i have tried multiple times with no change in result and their support is pathetic.
Do anybody here have solution for this issue.

I have the same issue. Seems very odd and concerning. I have reached out to the BitDefender tech support and get nothing but apologies for not responding to my messages. I am NOT impressed with their support.

BD team helped. Removed the device in central and added it again from BD app switch account option, now the device is showing as protected. Thanks team.
