    The troubleshooting process is ongoing. I am truly sorry for this inconvenience.

    Have you tried to reset the internet router? Some routers can configure load balancing to redirect traffic on different IP's.

    I have same problem, and its solved by rebooting my router/modem, I notice that my ISP IP change from public IP to private ip (10.x.x.x) , the IP back to public IP after I reboot the Modem/Router, it seem the problem (on mine at least) due to double NAT within ISP.s Network

    I have not been able to connect to Bitdefender VPN in two weeks. Error 183 TunnelInternal

    I have tried everything that was sent to me:

    Changing DNS

    Reinstalling VPN (appwiz.cpl)

    Fix Microsoft.Net Framework

    Nothing works! I am paying for a service that I am not receiving!! If BitDefender cannot fix this issue I want a prorated refund. This is ridiculous!

    Anyone else having these issues?
