Slow and unresponsive since 06-07-2022.
Good afternoon,
Since this morning (Tuesday 06-07-2022) we experience major issues with the BitDefender Endpoint client. For some reason browsing the local network has become extremely slow. Adding a printer or browsing a networkserver (\\servername\) results in time-outs and/or long waits.
We’ve tried disabling the firewall and/or IDS but this doesn’t completely solve the issues. Only completely removing the BitDefender client does.
Are there some known issues with the current BitDefender client? I read an article about the implementation of Cloudflare since 06-06-2022. Could this have anything to do with it?
Please advise.
Thank you in advance.
Greetings
Michael

Hi Alext55,
Do these customers also use VLANs in their network? We only have this problem with customers who have VLANs.
