Bitdefender Mobile Sec for Android
I installed the Bitdefender on February 24th. 2022. I had to reboot my mobile. How can I recover my Bitdefender Mobile Sec?

Try going to Play Store and downloading it from there. Or, from your Central account and choose to download and "install on this device".

Thanks, @Scott. I followed your advice and it says: "Devices limit reached. There are no more free slots available on your subscription to protect the device." Does it mean I have to get a new subscription?

What you'll need to do is contact support, as it sounds like it's just a glitch with your subscription.
Follow the couple of prompts from "activate and install" and you'll get the option to get ahold of support by chat, email or phone (not toll free). I would start with Chat, as they are very responsive and can head you in the right direction quicker.

Hello @Pilar and welcome to the Community!
Even though Mobile Security was removed from the device, the device is still associated with the license in Central and it basically occupies the slot and this does not allow you to install protection on your mobile device again.
I have manually removed the mobile device from your Central account to refresh the license. Try to add it now. You can follow the steps described in the article below to secure your device again:
