to set a policy to block all files download except from specific website list

Hi,
I will try to explain:
I'm not talking about Allow or Block Website Categories and them make Exception.
Blocking specific file extension download from all website and then make specific site execption base on extension files.
example:
I'm talking blocking specific download extension files like: (*.exe, *.bat, *.vbs, *.zip, *.arj, etc...)
and making filename execption like : ( update.cyberlink.com/*, zoom.us/client/latest/ZoomInstaller.exe, *.cloudfront.net/ufile/*/ufile2020.exe, */Lorex_WebPlugin.exe, etc)

As far as I know, bitdefender does not has an option to block download of a specific file extension.
