VPN Error code 9 after Win Update Jan 2023

I have 2 PC with Win10 & Win7. The recent Win update causes VPN to have Error Code 9 on both PC. I tested Win7 by opening VPN before update, then after the Win Update it had Code 9. The Win Update on Win10 is KB5022282. The error is result of update. Any others have this problem?

  • Hi guys

    Today I looked at my device with Win10. Uninstall & reinstall of BD VPN changed Error Code to 182 (TunnelConnect). Then I tried the Sign-In again procedure and it worked. I will look at the old PC with Win7 tomorrow.

    I have just done the latest windows 11 update and VPN will not connect, even if using my own personal hotspot

    Looks like a problem with windows update. I have tried all the fixes suggested and nothing so hopefully there will be an update to vpn
