Policy stuck on 'Pending' and never applies
Today I had a very strange issue. I use SyncroMSP to push BitDefender Endpoint Security to my customers. A user was having BSOD issues on a 1-year old PC so I decided to go nuclear and I wiped the internal SSD today and re-installed Windows fresh and clean.
I installed my customary SyncroMSP installer w/ BitDefender Endpoint Security, as is my custom.
The endpoint never got the policy. GravityZone showed the policy as Pending, but it never ever Applied.
I tried creating new Groups in GZ and in SyncroMSP, but still no joy.
I also disabled Windows Defender thinking that might help, but it did not.
I moved the endpoint to a group which had no AV, waited, and then moved it back to the group with AV, but still no joy.
I even connected the PC to my Verizon Wireless hotspot, but that did not allow the Policy to Apply either. Still stuck in Pending.
Interestingly, other PC’s here on the LAN _do_ receive Policy updates within a few minutes of a change, so it appears that our LAN & firewall are not getting in the way.
I rebooted, I re-installed, I uninstalled, I even wiped the Windows OS again and still each time the same result: the desired GZ policy showed as Pending.
Does anyone have any tips that might help me?

Same issue here in our GravityZone account. No policies are applying these past few days. I've tried new installs on brand new computers with a fresh Win10 22H2 install. No policies, domains, etc.. applied to the computers. Tried different internet connections too. I can't get a policy to apply on any new installs.

We are having same problem with our gravityzone account. No new installs since last Friday are getting any policy update, so all endpoint are stuck with only default anti-malware enabled.

My guess is that it's an update Bitdefender did on the back-end that's causing the issue. Hopefully they get it resolved quickly. Everybody be sure to put in a request with support at https://www.bitdefender.com/support/contact-us.html?last_page=BusinessCategory and throw in a reference to this discussion too.

Same here. This issue started for me last Friday. I am now sitting on quite a few workstations that I cannot deploy as in addition to the "pending". I also see all modules have expired.

Newly installed endpoints are now receiving policy updates. It looks like they fixed something on their end overnight... but it took them like 5 days to fix since it started happening since last Friday.

I can confirm all my new installations are now up and running. The 5 day turn around though leaves a little to be desired. But for now Im moving on.

Had this issue, went away around the same time as others reported. The same issue returned this morning. Anyone else getting this again?

Just installed a new endpoint this morning (26.04.2023) after noting the post below. So far, no issues here.
