Password Manager Auto-fill
Password Manager does not auto-fill password on some of my URLs .It does enter the web address but leaves password blank. What is happening

Kindly contact the bitdefender support by visiting https://www.bitdefender.com/consumer/support/ and scroll down to the bottom of the webpage where you can get in touch with support representative either by email, chat or over a call.
Alternatively, you can also share your query with bitdefender support team by dropping them an email at bitsy@bitdefender.com
The support team will reply back to your query within next 24-48 hours excluding weekends.

I was probably not clear enough. Have been in touch with support who advised they were aware of the problem and expected to come up with a fix., That was a month ago but no feedback since.

In that case if you have sent an email to them, you will have to reply back on the same email or contact the support again regarding this.

Hi @Bob C,
From what I have noticed, the autofill issue manifests itself only on a particular website you have mentioned.
I have asked our engineers for an update, as I can see that the case has been further escalated to Tier 3 technical.

I'm not saying this may resolve your situation, but I've found on some sites where they're not being auto-filled is if I hit the webpage refresh button, Password Manager fills it in.
Thought I'd post that, just in case.
