Troubleshooting – After updating to macOS Ventura, Bitdefender requests Full Disk Access
Due to a bug in macOS Ventura (13.0) that is yet to be fixed by Apple, all security solutions that were granted Full Disk Access prior to the macOS Ventura upgrade may be disabled, although they still appear to have full disk access in system settings. To overcome this issue in existing installations of Bitdefender Antivirus for Mac, you need to remove the Bitdefender entry from the Full Disk Access list and add it back. Follow these steps on your Mac:

Can anything remove Bitdefender from my Mac Mini? I found it removed from applications this morning and I didn't do it.

Hello @MooseControls,
The antivirus cannot be removed by itself. Check if there are any other solutions installed on the device. Then, reinstall the Antivirus for Mac and check if it stays there.

I tried to remove bit defender from my Mac because it made it run very slow. I can't seem to remove it, and it still runs slow. Is there some trick to getting it completely removed?

Well there is no full proof answer to your query as to why it happened, still you can try below steps to see if it helps:
1) Uninstall Bitdefender for MAC: https://www.bitdefender.com/consumer/support/answer/1446/
2) Remove devices from your online bitdefender central: https://www.bitdefender.com/consumer/support/answer/2795/
3) Reinstall Bitdefender for MAC and once installed login via your bitdefender online central login details to activate your product.
If issue persists, kindly contact the bitdefender support by visiting https://www.bitdefender.com/consumer/support/ and on the basis of your product selected and type of issue you are facing you can get in touch with support representative either by email, chat or over a call.
If you choose email, you will get a ticket number on your registered email.
The support team will reply back to the same email within next 24-48 hours excluding weekends.

Même si c'est un peu hors sujet ici, vous recevez ce message car votre licence Internet Security ne peut couvrir que les appareils Windows.
J'ai remarqué que vous disposez également d'un essai de Mobile Security pour Android qui expirera la semaine prochaine. Il y a deux solutions ici :
a) vous pouvez contacter les équipes de support pour demander une mise à niveau vers Total Security, qui peut protéger les appareils Windows, macOS, Android et iOS sous la même licence ;
b) vous pouvez acheter une licence Mobile Security pour Android séparément.
Si vous souhaitez contacter les équipes d'assistance pour demander la mise à niveau, je vous laisserai le lien de contact ci-dessous. La mise à niveau peut être effectuée gratuitement, mais certains ajustements de validité peuvent être nécessaires puisque vous effectuez une mise à niveau vers un produit supérieur. Dans le cas contraire, vous n’aurez pas besoin de passer une nouvelle commande.
