When I update the subscription from free to paid in VPN, only the annual plans are shown to me. I want to pay monthly. How can that be? I subscribe to your antivirus

    If you choose email, you will get a ticket number on your registered email.

    The support team will reply back to the same email within next 24-48 hours excluding weekends.

    Both validity options are available for purchase on the official Bitdefender website at the link indicated by Flexx above. I have also checked and the monthly option is displayed for me as well:

    If this option is not available to you, make sure you are accessing the .com website and clear your cache & cookies beforehand. Also try to use different browsers and see what the results are.
