I have this also sometimes, what I do then is disconnect and reconnect and this fixes it most times for me.

When it doesn't I switch to a different server and that then fixes it. If this doesn't fix it for you maybe switching protocols might work.

If this however keeps happening on your device I suggest try reinstalling the VPN and see if that fixes it, if it doesn't fix it best contact support so they can help you troubleshoot to see what the issue is.

I guess it most likely a bug, you could wait until it updates to a newer version and see if it's fixed otherwise you could contact support and they will probably have you run the bitdefender supporttool.exe so they then can investigate this bug.
